Kriya
Bodywork (Gravity): Our physical body is the
vehicle that allows us to express our spirit on
the physical plane. Honoring and caring for the
body requires respecting it’s needs on all
levels. This program offers many ways of accomplishing
that end from different directions.

| Kriya emphasizes intuitive abilities integrated with the art of touch through flowing, connected techniques and personal rhythm allowing the experience of many levels of consciousness. Energy patterns integrated with massage and body positioning create an atmosphere of peace and relaxation. Kriya is spontaneous energy movement and a practitioner flows with this movement. Kriya Massage combines energy with classical swedish massage to form a continuous dance. Kriya Yoga Bodywork passively leads a client into yoga postures with breath for the release of restriction in the systems. Knowledge of yoga is not required. |

The purpose of this program is to become proficient with many individual bodywork techniques. This will allow the therapist to have a variety of chosen modalities to offer clients and ensures the personal growth of the therapist. The elimination of habitual body mechanics that so often becomes the norm for a therapist also helps to prevent the occurrence of burnout in the profession.
